New Mexico

Well, so much for posting often in the blog! September turned out to be a very busy month but things have slowed down a bit here, for now.  We made the annual trip to Dulce (in the Jicarilla Apache Reservation) in northern New Mexico for Go-Jii-Ya. We got to spend time with family and just enjoy nature at its best. The above photo is of my mother-in-law's camp, photographs are not allowed during Go-Jii-Ya so enjoy these ones of the scenery:)

I have been working on new pieces too! I have loved hats for some years now, specially the very elegant and lady-like styles of the 1920's-40's. So I have created these in a native style all its own. I will be creating a line of these for the fall/winter and will also be taking custom orders. Here is a small peek:          Shop at Yolihuani Aztec Art

Good morning!

I am finally about done setting up shop to share a little bit of me through my art. I am still tweaking some things, need to add some descriptions, etc. but it's a start! I'll be adding more and more of my work as e days go by.
I am always working on something new and if you have any ideas, suggestions or comments- just let me know. I also do custom pieces!
